Do You Have a VHF on Board? (If No – Go Get a Handheld VHF at West Marine)
Yes, I am aware I need to Check-in on VHF 68 with ‘Salty Dog’ – my vessel will be in the Parade lineup at 6:30 pm with my # displayed on the bow STRB & Port. I will be picking up my assigned Parade #  & drop off Toys for the Seattle Children’s Hospital Toy Drive at Ballard, West Marine.
<strong>Terms & Agreement: Per Boat Parade Standard: Release of Liability </strong><br>I am the vessel owner and will be participating in the ‘Seattle Christmas Boat Parade’ – As the Registered Vessel Owner I agree to the Terms of Agreement And Release of Liability – I am responsible for my vessel in the Parade. And my vessel  does meet all required USCG guidelines.  I am responsible for my vessels working systems, maintenance, safety and security.  I agree to safe boating practices, as well as am responsible for the safety and security of – all and every passenger(s) onboard my vessel during the Seattle Christmas Boat Parade.

Parade Route & Check In: 

Lake Union – “Full Loop” NO BRIDGES, NO LIFTS 

Start  – In front of Fremont Tug Boats – Just East of The Aurora Bridge, Directly Across from Morrison’s Fuel Dock  

End – At Morrison’s Fuel Dock, Full Lake Union Loop

  • Vessels Line up: Start Next to: Fremont Tugboats  – Line Up, W to E – Toward Gasworks Park & so on….   
  • #1. Lead Boat – Western Towboat, Tugboat – Bright Yellow & Blue Tug
  • #2.  Boat – Parade Registered Vessel – Check-in with — Salty Dog – On VHF 68
